1.1 The present terms and conditions are applicable for all legal relations and product sales and deliveries between the customers (hereinafter also referred to as “You”) and coffeeroastingbook.com run by Rabbit and Roast OÜ ( the “Webstore” ), reg. code 12335154, registered address Paekaare 54-33, Tallinn 13613, Estonia.
1.2 In addition to the present terms and conditions, the legal relations arising as a result of purchasing the Products from the Web store are regulated by applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
1.3 Web store has the right to change the present terms and conditions. All the changes will be published online on coffeeroastingbook.com website and will come into effect immediately after their publication. Using the site or by placing an order the customers agree to be bound by present terms and conditions.
2.1 Prices in the Web store are stated in euro (€).
2.2 The prices don’t include the shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified in the order sum at Checkout for the customers to review before confirming the order.
2.3 If the customer order Products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

3. Purchase and payment terms

3.2 When confirming the order enter your name, e-mail address, name of the Company (when the invoice is to a company), shipping address and phone number. Please double-check the billing and shipping information, since quick and uninterrupted delivery of your order depends on the accuracy of the info submitted. After confirming the order Web store will send You an e-mail to specify the details of the ordered Product if necessary.
3.3 In order to make payment you can use Credit Card. Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database. The total amount will be paid when confirming the purchase.
3.4 The contract enters into force the moment the payment is transferred to Rabbit and Roast OÜ bank account.
4.1 Web store ships worldwide with a regular Tracked post. Once your order is shipped we will let you know and send you the tracking code.
4.2 The products will be shipped between 2-5 workdays.
4.3 The shipping can take up to 7-10 working days for European countries and 21 working days to the Rest of the World. Usually it doesn't take that long, though, please contact us in case you haven't received your parcel in that timeframe.
4.4 Web store is not responsible for the delivery delays or problems that are due to the incorrect entering of the shipping address by the client or delays created by Postal Service.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 After receiving the Product the customer has the right to familiarise with it during 14 days time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased Product, you have the right to return it in 14 days time by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.2 The Product must be sent back in their original package and condition. You have to ensure that the Product being returned is unused and in perfect condition. Please note that unused means that there are no marks or damage on the item. Web store will not accept Products with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the Products will be returned to the customer.
5.3 When returning the Product as specified in Clause 5.1 and 5.2 the Web store will return the sum paid for the order (but client pays the fees for the shipping and delivery).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. We are not able to provide a refund for items that do not reach our office. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package.
5.4 Products can be replaced or refunded due to being faulty. Web store will replace any product that are faulty by default so long as they are returned within a reasonable time.
5.5 If a Product delivered by us is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to raise a formal complaint. This will entitle you to a replacement Product or, in cases where this is not possible, a refund. If the product delivered is faulty we will arrange a free return.
5.6 Web store is not responsible for any damages made by Postal Services. Web store has right not to exchange or refund a product damaged by any third party.
5.7 Web store reserves the right to cancel the contract when it is not possible to deliver the Products the customer ordered or one or more products the customer ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account the sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days since you placed the order.
6. Discount codes
6.1 Discount codes with limited purchase numbers are issued time to time in advertisings. Advertisings are mostly done on social media and Facebook platform. Why personal data are processed
Personal data are used to manage the customer’s orders and deliver goods.

The bank account number is used to reimburse payments to the customer.

8.1 The Web store and the customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts unless the damage incurred is be caused by circumstances beyond the control and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).
8.2 The Web store liability connected to any products acquired through the Web Store is strictly limited to the buying price of the products.
8.3 Any links to other websites which are not operated by the Web store is out of our control and we accept no responsibility for them.
9. Governing Law
9.1 All matters not covered by the present terms are to be resolved based on the applicable legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
9.2 All the disputes between the customers and Rabbit and Roast OÜ regarding ordering and buying products from the Web store are to be resolved by negotiations. Should the compromise not be reached, the Parties have the right to turn to Customer Protection Department or Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court) in order to protect their rights.
